Frequently asked questions

How do I count a bottle?

Open the app, tap "Scan bottle" on the Home screen, and hold the top of your iPhone near the tag on the bottle. Each bottle can be counted once.

It says "This bottle has already been counted."

Every tag can only be counted one time, by one account. If you believe this is a mistake, email us a photo of the bottle and its tag.

It says "This tag isn't a GOAT WTR bottle."

Make sure you're scanning the GOAT WTR tag on the bottle and that NFC is available on your iPhone (iPhone XS or later).

How do tiers work?

Your tier goes up as you count more bottles: Rookie, Athlete (10), Pro (30), Elite (75), Legend (150) and GOAT (300).

How do I connect WHOOP or Oura?

Go to the Health tab and tap "Connect" next to your device. You can disconnect at any time from the same screen.

Where is my order?

You can see your order status in Account > Orders. For delivery questions, email us with your order number.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account > Delete account. Your profile, bottle history and health data are permanently deleted.
