GOAT WTR App – Privacy Policy

The GOAT WTR app ("the App") is operated by ROCKHAND TRADING L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information the App collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information

• Your name, email address and mobile phone number. Your phone number is used to sign in and to identify your account.
• If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the name and email address that the service shares with us.

Bottle scans

• When you scan the NFC tag on a GOAT WTR bottle, we record the tag's identifier and the time of the scan. This is used to count your bottles and calculate your tier.

Health data from wearables (optional)

• If you choose to connect WHOOP or Oura, we receive your daily blood-oxygen (SpO2), recovery / readiness score, heart-rate variability and resting heart rate.
• We only access this data after you authorise the connection, and you can disconnect at any time in the App.

Orders

• The products you purchase, and the delivery name, phone number and address you provide.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and sign you in.
• To count your bottles, calculate your tier and show your history.
• To display your health trends inside the App.
• To process, deliver and support your orders.
• To contact you about your account or orders.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your health data for advertising or share it with advertisers.

3. Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the App, and only as needed:

• Google Firebase (sign-in, database and hosting)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• WHOOP and Oura (only if you connect them)

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. Your data may be processed on servers located outside the United Arab Emirates.

4. Data retention and deletion

• We keep your information while your account is active.
• You can delete your account at any time in the App: Account > Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, bottle history, health data and wearable connections.
• We may keep order records where required for tax, accounting or legal obligations.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

6. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can also disconnect wearables and delete your account directly in the App.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
