GOAT WTR App – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GOAT WTR mobile app ("the App"), operated by ROCKHAND TRADING L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You sign in with your mobile phone number (and optionally Apple or Google). You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number and account secure, and for all activity on your account.
• The information you provide must be accurate. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

2. Bottle scans, counts and tiers

• Each genuine GOAT WTR bottle carries an NFC tag that can be counted once. After a tag has been scanned, it cannot be counted again by any account.
• Your bottle count and tier are for loyalty and fun only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and do not create any right to rewards unless we announce a specific offer.
• We may change tier names, thresholds or benefits at any time.
• You must not copy, alter, remove or tamper with NFC tags, or try to count bottles you did not buy. We may remove counts obtained this way and close the account.

3. Health data and wearables

• Connecting WHOOP or Oura is optional. The App only displays data those services provide, such as blood-oxygen (SpO2) and recovery / readiness scores.
• The App and GOAT WTR products are not medical devices. Nothing in the App is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data from third-party wearables.

4. Purchases

• Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. An order is confirmed only after payment is successful.
• Delivery is currently available within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times are estimates.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Because our products are food and beverage items, opened products cannot be returned unless faulty.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access other users' data, interfering with the App's security or operation, reverse-engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The App, the GOAT WTR name, logos and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the App only for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may update these Terms; the latest version will always be available at this page. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the App (Account > Delete account). See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data: goatwater.store/privacy-of-app

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is", and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
